Minimum booking requirement: 4 person Package inclusions: Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Kota Kinabalu city,Transfers to and from all activity locations, Professional guides for rafting and ATV activities, Rafting and ATV safety equipment (helmet, knee and elbow pads), Buffet lunch at Kiulu basecamp, Guided rafting tour on Kiulu River (gear provided) Guided ATV ride and trail access ************** Description: Experience a day of adventure and natural beauty! Enjoy scenic white-water rafting on the Kiulu River, followed by a thrilling ATV ride through rugged trails. Perfect for adrenaline seekers and nature lovers, this tour offers unforgettable memories in Sabah’s stunning countryside. Sample Itinerary: 8:30 am: Pick-up from your hotel or chosen location in Kota Kinabalu city. Board transport to Xtreme Paddlers’ Kiulu rafting basecamp, with an approximate 40-60 minute scenic drive. 9:30 am: Arrive at Kiulu rafting basecamp. Change into rafting gear and attend a mandatory safety briefing before setting off on your adventure. 10:00 am: Begin rafting! Paddle through class 1-2 rapids on the 9-10 km stretch of the Kiulu River, stopping along the way to swim, rest, and take in the views. 12:00 pm: Arrive at the rafting endpoint. Return to basecamp, freshen up, and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. 2:00 pm: Depart from Kiulu rafting basecamp and transfer to the ATV center in Menggatal (approximately 40 minutes). 2:40 pm: Arrive at the ATV center. Stretch, rehydrate, and get ready for your next adventure. 2:50 pm: After a safety briefing and some practice on the ATVs, set out on a guided ATV tour through hilly and muddy trails for approximately 1-1.5 hours. 4:30 pm: Return to the starting point, rehydrate, freshen up, and change into clean clothes. 5:00 pm: Board transport back to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu city, with an estimated arrival around 6:00 pm. (Timing above is estimated time only and is subject to change to actual events on the day) What to Bring: Comfortable clothing (quick-dry recommended), Watersport apparel (ie. rash guard & board shorts / leggings), towel, personal toiletries and extra change of clothes, Sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen, Waterproof bag for valuables, Sturdy footwear like hiking shoes or sport shoes and water shoes or sandals, Personal water bottle. Cancellation Policy
A. Minimum Booking Requirements & Price Displayed: i. Kindly check the minimum booking requirements for each experience booked. ii. Xtreme Paddlers/Wander Waves Adventures reserves the right to cancel the booked trip should you not meet the minimum booking requirement. iii. Displayed prices for each experience is based on the minimum booking requirement set for each experience. Price differs for any bookings made less than the required minimum pax. B. Cancellation Terms: 1a. Cancellation made by customers: Any cancellation made more than 3 days before activity date, Free cancellation with full refund (of any payment made) back to customer . 2a.No refund of any payment will be given for any No Show or cancellation made 24hrs or less before pick up or meeting time on the activity date. B. In the event of cancellation made by Xtreme Paddlers due to operation disruption caused by (and not limited to) landslide, harmful river and weather conditions, an option to either postpone or receive a full refund will be offered to the customer. C. In the event customers did not show up on time for either pick up Or/and meet up which causes any disruption to operation, any additional cost due to this disruption (ie missed train etc) will be borne by customer.
