Minimum Participants Per Booking: 2 adults Inclusions: Accommodation: 4 nights in comfortable resorts & lodges, 1 night in a jungle lodge. Meals: Daily breakfast, 4 lunches, 4 dinners, including BBQ or buffet dinner on Day 1. Activities: Kiulu rafting, wildlife safaris, jungle treks, and river cruises. Transfers: All land and river transportation in air-conditioned vehicles and boats. Guides: Local expert wildlife guides for all excursions. Day 1: Kiulu Rafting & Journey to Kundasang Pick up from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu (KK). Kiulu River Rafting: Paddle through scenic level 1-2 rapids. Lunch after rafting at a local restaurant. Nabalu Market: Stop by this bustling market for local handicrafts and fresh produce. Kundasang: Continue to the picturesque town of Kundasang with stunning views of Mount Kinabalu. Check-in and relax at your resort in Kundasang. Evening: Enjoy a BBQ or local buffet dinner at the resort. Day 2: Deramakot Forest Reserve Adventure Breakfast buffet at the resort. Check-out and begin your journey to Telupid. Arrive at 77 Restaurant in Telupid and meet your guide. Journey to Deramakot: A 3-4 hour 4WD drive into the heart of the jungle, spotting wildlife along the way. Check-in to your jungle lodge. Dinner at the lodge, followed by an overnight stay surrounded by nature. Day 3: Full Day Wildlife Safari in Deramakot Morning: Start with a 4-hour drive through the jungle to explore its wildlife. Afternoon: Continue your search for Borneo’s unique wildlife, including Wild Orangutans, Bornean Gibbons, and Maroon Langurs. Evening: Embark on a nocturnal wildlife safari in an open-top 4WD. Dinner served in the wild. Overnight stay in Deramakot, immersed in the jungle environment. Day 4: Deramakot to Kinabatangan River Check-out early and drive 3 hours to Kinabatangan River. Arrive at Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge: Check-in and enjoy a delicious lunch. Afternoon: Embark on a 6-hour wildlife cruise along the river, spotting a variety of animals, including proboscis monkeys, pygmy elephants, and diverse bird species. Dinner served onboard during the cruise. Evening: Return to the lodge for leisure and rest. Day 5: Final Wildlife Cruise & Return to Sandakan Early Morning: Set off on a 2-hour morning wildlife cruise to spot more animals. Breakfast at the lodge. Check-out and transand transfer to Sandakan Airport for your departure

1. Services Covered Your booking includes only the listed activities. Extra activities or services not included will incur additional fees. Itinerary may change due to operational needs or external factors. 2. Participant Responsibilities Be on time for all activities, including pickups. No refunds for missed activities due to participant delays. Plan for possible delays to avoid disruption. 3. Participation Expectations Join all booked activities. No refunds for skipped activities, regardless of the reason. 4. Health & Physical Readiness Inform Xtreme Paddlers of any health concerns before booking. Those with serious health conditions, pregnancy, or other concerns must get medical clearance. A travel liability form must be completed by all participants. 5. Changes & Cancellations A. Changes to Activity Date Single-Day Trips: Free changes, subject to availability. Notify us 7 working days before the trip. Any extra costs due to changes are your responsibility. Multi-Day Trips: Free changes, subject to availability. Notify us 30 working days before the trip. Additional costs are your responsibility. B. Cancellation Policy Single-Day Trips: More than 3 Days Before: Full refund minus processing fees. Less than 3 Days but More than 24 Hours: 50% refund minus processing fees (if full payment is made). 24 Hours or Less / No Show: No refund. Multi-Day Trips: More than 30 Days Before: Partial refund minus third-party fees and a 10% handling fee. Less than 30 Days Before: No refund. Postponement Due to Travel Restrictions (Multi-Day Trips): You may postpone if travel restrictions apply. Additional costs are your responsibility. C. Cancellations by Xtreme Paddlers If we cancel due to unforeseen events, you may reschedule or get a full refund. D. Late Arrival / No-Show Late arrivals or no-shows causing disruptions will be charged extra costs (e.g., missed transport). 6. Liability Limitations Xtreme Paddlers is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage. We recommend travel and health insurance. 7. Agreement to Terms By booking, you agree to these terms.
